Air India enhancing flyers’ travel experience; unveils FogCare program to tackle Winter fog challenges, disruptions

As winter envelops Delhi in dense fog, Air India has taken a proactive step to minimise travel disruptions for passengers traveling to and from Delhi IGI Airport. Delhi Airport experienced delays for more than 100 flights today, foreshadowing potential disruptions throughout the winter season.
The airline on Wednesday (December 27)announced that, in anticipation of major fog delays during the winter season, passengers can reschedule or cancel their bookings at no additional cost. This initiative is a continuation of last winter’s FogCare program and underscores Air India’s commitment to prioritising passenger convenience, particularly in adverse weather conditions.
