Bharti AXA Life Insurance partners with MoEngage to transform its customer engagement initiatives. The partnership will enable Bharti AXA Life to become a frontrunner in the life insurance industry concerning how they engage with their customers and offer delightful experiences at scale.
After adopting MoEngage’s insights-led engagement platform, Bharti AXA Life successfully streamlined the communications flowing through channels like WhatsApp, emails, and SMSes, while optimising the frequency of these for more effective engagement.
MoEngage will handle all engagement initiatives related to new business implementation for Bharti AXA Life to bring globally first features to the brand’s app and eventually boost revenue.
“Silos is the bane of successful customer engagement. By unifying their communication efforts to go through one source (i.e., MoEngage), Bharti AXA Life is on the path towards providing experiences that make their customers feel valued. We are excited to work with such a reputable brand and aim to help them make waves in the insurance industry,” Yash Reddy, chief revenue officer, MoEngage, said.
