Good news for Indian nationals who are keen to settle in America after applying for the US EB-5 visa program.
The United States Department of State has released data that indicates significant progress in the processing of EB-5 applications that are currently pending, especially those from Indian citizens. According to the January 2024 Visa Bulletin, final action date for India has advanced by two years, from the previous December 2018 to December 2020.
The Visa Bulletin, which serves as a roadmap, assists applicants in tracking visa processing progress and estimating probable wait times. The significant increase in India’s priority date from 15 December 2018 to 1 December 2020 suggests significant progress in visa distribution for Indian EB-5 applicants.
