Hot on the heels of giving Indian buyers the first dibs at Qualcomm’s fastest chip, iQOO has started teasing its next launch— the iQOO Neo 9. The Vivo spin-off has taken to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to confirm the imminent launch highlighting the line-ups big marquee features, power and design.
The iQOO Neo 9 series was launched in China in late December. There are two phones, iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro though iQOO doesn’t explicitly say if it’s bringing both to India. Grapevine has it that iQOO may launch the Chinese iQOO Neo 9 as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro in India and while it may seem like a downgrade on the basis of naming, here’s the thing: the Neo 9 brings Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, a 144Hz display and 120W fast charging at a price of under Rs 30,000. So, go figure.
